A graduate in plastic and aesthetic surgery, Dr. Duclos has received state-of-the-art training at the most demanding schools. She has passed the plastic and aesthetic surgery examinations of the Collège des Médecins du Québecthe Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada and theAmerican Board of Plastic Surgery.
She has also completed several subspecialty training courses in Paris and at the Mayo Clinic in the U.S.. More recently, she trained in the Insurance and Expert Medicine program at the Université de Montréal, while continuing her active practice.
By opening her own clinic with an operating theatreshe has made a dream come true that she has cherished since the very beginning: that of fulfilling her patients' aspirations and accompanying them on their journey. Dr. Duclos specializes in surgery plastic and aesthetic surgery (including breast augmentation ) to develop a professional practice based on the values she holds most dear: listening and understanding. For her, each person is unique, and requires special attention. This is the key to her approach.
Dr. Duclos is also committed to training the next generation of medical practitioners, with an empathetic and humane approach. To this end, she teaches medical students at the Université de Montréal the ethical and deontological dimensions of medical practice, communication, the patient-physician relationship, the environmental determinants of health and illness, and the dimensions of the human being and his or her living environment.
