Dr. Duclos presents here the case of a patient with asymmetry of the rib cage and breasts.
Before asymmetric correction
Here is the case of a patient who had bilateral breast augmentation without the internal bra being done. She came to consult Dr. Duclos so that the implant could be replaced. The patient didn’t like the dips when she lays down and the implants move.
So that, we can see that the prosthesis of the left breast is lateralized i.e. falls on the side and that there is a hollow at the part inner breast lower near the sternum.
After the correction
In the photograph, we can see that the implant on the right side has been replaced and no longer falls sideways. The shape of the breast is greatly improved. The technique used involves placing stitches at the lateral and lower part of the breast, which allows the implant to be retained. We can see in the second photo that the 2 implants were repositioned by the internal bra technique.
